At Himalayan Bungy, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policies below. Please read them carefully before booking your adventure.


1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • To secure your booking, a 50% advance payment of the total amount is required.

  • The remaining balance must be paid on-site before the activity begins.

  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.


2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

  • 30 days before the booking date: Full refund, no cancellation charges.

  • 15 to 29 days before the booking date: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

  • Less than 7 days before the booking date: No refund will be issued.

  • Failure to show up on the booking date: No refund will be processed.

Cancellation by Himalayan Bungy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions, or safety concerns.

  • If your booking is canceled by us, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • In case of minor weather fluctuations, we may delay the activity rather than cancel it.


3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests made 15 days before the booking date can be accommodated without additional charges.

  • Rescheduling within 7 days of the booking date is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • It may take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.


5. Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be provided if the participant refuses to jump after reaching the platform.

  • If the participant fails to meet safety requirements (age, weight, or health conditions), the booking will be canceled without a refund.

  • All refund requests must be made in writing by emailing support@himalayanbungy.com.
