CAUTION : please read terms & conditions carefully ! By agree with these terms & conditions, you are voluntarily giving up certain valuable legal rights to sue BUNGY IN RISHIKESH. for any personal injuries or death, you may suffer as a result of the training, equipment or supervision provided in connection with BUNGY JUMPING activities.
WARNING: THE ACTIVITY / SPORT OF BUNGY JUMPING COULD CAUSE.
MINOR INJURY'S SERIOUS INJURY'S OR EVEN DEATH
Please read and fully understand each provision of this terms & conditions.
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
I am fully aware that bungy jumping activity, is a dangerous sport and contains inherent risks and dangers (including, but not limited to, serious injury or death), that no amount of care, caution, instruction or expertise can eliminate. I understand the scope, nature and extent of the risks involved and voluntarily and freely choose to assume any and all such risks.
2. CONVENANT NOT TO SUE.
I agree for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, not to institute any suit or action at law, or otherwise, against BUNGY IN RISHIKESH, nor to initiate or assist the prosecution of any claim for damages, or cause of action which I, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns may have by reason of injury to myself or my property arising from bungy jumping.
3. CONTINUATION OF OBLIGATIONS.
I agree and acknowledge that the terms and conditions of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect at all times, and shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns or my estate. the agreement shall be effective not only for my first bungy jump, but also for any subsequent bungy jumps or any related activities in any way associated with BUNGY IN RISHIKESH.
4. MEDICAL EXPENSES.
I understand and acknowledge that this insurance policy does not include the costs of medical care, transportation or property damage.
5. REFUND.
I understand the that BUNGY IN RISHIKESH has a no refund policy on Bungy jumping the activity is non-transferable, I understand that the Jump Master will allocate me 2 count down attempts if I do not jump and do not follow the jump masters instructions I will loose my jump and not refunded.
6. PHOTO & IMAGE RELEASE.
I consent to photographs & Vide the Releken of me during my participation in bungy jumping, and to publication of the photographs & Video by the Releasees for advertising, promotional and marketing purposes.
7. I hereby certify that I am not currently under the influence of alcohol and/or any drugs, and any medication that may affect my judgment and/or decision making.
I must declare if I have any of the medical conditions below and must declare if I have any other medical condition

testify that I am physically fit, and am not under the influence of drugs, alcohol of any kind. I hereby expressly recognize that this agreement is a contract pursuant to which I have released any and all claims against BUNGY IN RISHIKESH. its employees, instructors, agents, the owners of the tower, land or other facilities, resulting from my participation in bungy jumping or any related activities, including any claims caused by the negligence of BUNGY IN RISHIKESH I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND PROMISE TO LISTEN AND FOLLOW ALL STAFF INSTRUCTIONS AND ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL MY OWN ACTIONS.
Age Limit
14 yrs and Above
Above 45 yrs of age : Requires to sign the self-declaration form along with the permission from Bungy Master.
Weight Limit
For individual Bungy Upto 48 to 108 Kgs
For individual Jaint swing 40 to 108 Kgs
For Tendam Swing Weight difference must not be more then 25 Kgs
Due to its extreme nature, this sport is not suitable for people with the following medical conditions:
Pregnancy , Heart condition, Recent fracture, Neurological disorders, Osteoporosis, Recent surgery, Consumption of alcohol, Epilepsy
You will be prohibited from jumping under any of the above conditions
Payment & Cancellation Policy
The booking cost will be the 40% of the total payable amount of the activities chosen. Once the amount is paid the customer will receive a booking confirmation over email.
Cancellation of the booking
- 1. The Customer will bear no cancellation charge on cancelling 30 days prior the booking date.
- 2. The Customer will bear 50% of the booking amount as the cancellation fee, if cancelled 15 days prior the booking date.
- 3. No refund will be made in case of cancelling 7 days prior the booking date.
- 4. If the customer fails to reach the destination on the day of booking, no refund will be processed.
- 5. The refunds will be processed through original payment methods within 10 working days after cancellation.
